Redesigned and improved version here:

This is a stand for memorydex cards. My spouse makes these artsy cards in a format called memorydex, a riff on rolodex. She was propping them up on random things for display and photos, so I decided to design a stand for them.
It features the ability to nest them to compactly store multiple cards, and handles the heaviest and most awkward cards I've seen so far.
Cards cut from the official memorydex product line fit without issues. Others may also fit, but some won't.
The stand is angled backwards slightly to better display the card, but there is lots of leeway to get the angle you want. The little post in the middle supports the card from the back.
The stands can be nested in a line that can be used to store multiple cards without ripping up the cutouts on the bottom of the cards, which is a problem with the rail based storage systems.
Material: PLA is recommended for rigidity
Layer height: 0.2mm
Infill: 15% gyroid to support the top surfaces
Supports: Needed under the gaps where the legs interlock when nesting, otherwise sagging will interfere with the interlocking. The .3mf file has supports applied.
You need to place the bottom face on the bed else you'll be printing in mid-air.
The model is aligned to the model space and not the print space, so the angle cut puts the model in space on the bottom.
