Thicker right hand lid for All In One Universal Rear Electronics Case

The 1mm lid covering the motherboard, didn't protect it from damage, when a 1Kg spool fell of the spool holder.  In related news, the SKR Mini E3 V3.0 fits the original design.

I've added 1mm to the exposed part of the lid, and it's much sturdier.  I won't be testing it :) 

The design process (in SuperSlicer) was to cut off the left 10mm and right 6mm of the lid, thicken it to 2mm (Z), and with this and the original superimposed, ‘export bed as stl’ for the result.

(There's a sliver near the cable hole, which I missed cutting out, but it has made no difference when fitting it)
