Cat Knock Zone Warning Sign

Came across this outstanding graphic and decided it needed to be turned into a fridge magnet.

Design

Loaded the artwork (I believe I originally found it on MyStickerMania) as a PNG into Adobe Illustrator, traced it, exported it as an SVG, imported the SVG into Fusion 360 as a sketch, extruded the base and the art, then added pockets for 8x3mm magnets. I'm including the F3D for anyone that wants it.

Slicing

Sliced in PrusaSlicer 2.5.0 for a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Added a print pause for placing the magnets and then a color change. Also turned on ironing for the artwork. The provided 3MF file includes the print pause, color change and settings. Just be sure to open it as a project ( File → Open Project… ) instead of inserting it into a blank project.

If you slice it yourself you may need to move the pause and color change around depending on your layer height.

Printing

No supports needed (it's flat after all). Any material should work although PLA will probably be the easiest to get nice crisp lines on the artwork. I'd recommend a 0.4 or even a 0.25 mm nozzle for best results.
