Description
This basic business card holder comes with an elegant over-engineered leadscrew lock to help you stand out when handing out your card! The screw lock prints-in-place and requires no assembly.
Printing instructions
Use the attached .gcode file to see the optimal build direction and printer settings. The design is material and print setting independent. The leadscrew might need a little it of help to break loose after printing. The PrusaSlicer 0.2mm SPEED profile works well in my experience with 100% infill for screw strength, however feel free to experiment as you see fit!
Usage instructions
This design consists of the two hales that screw together. Simply twist the leadscrew to lock and unlock the case. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN! A gentle squeeze will do. The case fits cards up to 89mm x 55mm in size. The upper half can be swung backwards and screwed back onto the lead screw when not in use, turning the case into a business card display stand (as shown in the attached images)!
