Description
These are magnets for Ikea Skadis pegboards that are very sturdy and don't come off the board as you attach or remove things. They use the T-Nuts mounting system for a rattle-free tight fit and a very strong hold.

These premade printed parts are made specifically for magnets from Supermagnete that ships all over Europe at a reasonable price, also to countries where I didn't provide a direct link.
If you have different magnets, you can customize the design to fit your own magnets.

Magnet thickness (H dimension) + 12mm rounded up to the next available size.
Print the parts in the original orientation. All STL files are pre-rotated.
Prepare the T-Nut. Push an M2.5 hex nut into the bottom of ths T-Nut. You may have to use some pliers or other helper to push it in.
Insert the magnet into the Top part with the countersunk side facing the printed part. Insert the M2.5 screw. Add the Bottom part from the other side with the alignment pegs facing away from the magnet. Make sure the tabs on the Bottom are aligned with the slots in the Top part.
You may optionally superglue the parts together. If you decide to glue the parts, assemble it without the screw first and then add the screw once the glue is cured. The screw must be able to rotate and move without resistance.
Screw the T-Nut on and leave a gap of about 2mm between the T-Nut and the Bottom part.
Align the T-Nut with the alignment begs on the Bottom. Push the whole assembly fully into the desired pegboard hole. Tighten the screw while applying some pressure on the scre driver but do not overtighten. The T-Nut will lock itself in the horizontal orientation
