Description

Yet another guitar stand. This one is designed specifically for a Pyle 3/4 Acoustic Guitar with a thickness of about 3.4 inches. If you don't add rubber pads the way it's shown in the images, you can gain a bit more space for a slightly thicker guitar.

I'm pretty happy with how it came out. More importantly, my customer (daughter) is happy with the way it came out. It's stable and does a really good job of supporting the guitar. Once she got the hang of holding the strap while she placed it into the stand so it sits in the back slot, it works great!

Rubber pads were added to protect the guitar and rubber feet added to protect the floor and prevent wobble.

Post-Printing

This part isn't necessary but the size was assuming I would do this. I had some self-stick rubber furniture pads that were 5.7 mm thick and I added them to all the surfaces that would be touched by the guitar to protect the finish on the guitar. You'll notice that the surfaces have slight curvature to them and that was intended to match the shape of the guitar without the rubber pads.

I also added three self-stick feet on the bottom to avoid wobble issues from not having a perfectly flat printer bed..
