Description
I found a number of parts bins for the Harbor Freight Storehouse Parts Storage Case but I didn't like the feet and I wanted them with a label ledge and dividers. So taking inspiration from GridFinity and wanting to learn Fusion360 (trying Onshape next) I created these.
The User Parameters in Fusion360 say 1mm but I used them as “units” as noted in the comments for the BodyWidth and BodyLength. The body width is the narrow unit of the two and a “medium” bin is two units wide with the same length and the “large” bin is 2 units in both length and width.
I printed these on my Mini with a 0.06mm nozzle and sized the thickness accordingly so these are thicker than stock and very durable (they bounce… unfortunately so do the nuts and bolts).
I also included a version with just a label ledge but I don't have the step file for that. I still need to learn how to make optional pieces in Fusion360 to toggle bits on and off in the part.
