Description
Since I didn't see the right size bolts to attach the CSM to a table at my local store I just modeled some up and printed them.
But - I also found the piece of plywood I was mounting my machine to was pretty iffy quality and drilling that big of a hole didn't seem likely to work out well. So I also made a set of pins to temporally hold the machine in position with the 5mm holes I used to mount the router template used to cut the plywood.
The pins actually worked better than I expected and didn't break…but don't hold the machine nearly as well as real bolts do. But they were suitable for initial testing.
I printed them at .20 with no support. Head of the bolt to the build plate and “Washer” side of the nut down.
Hope someone finds them useful.
