Description
Trustfire makes a nice case for 6x18650 batteries to be used with bike lights / head lights etc. It has them in 2s3p configuration so you get 8.4V-6.x volts out, depending on the battery charge.
Attaching it to the bike frame isn't always very easy so I made a mount that you can then attach the battery case where your water battle would usually go.
The bike I made this for had relatively flat M5 bolts so there is just 3mm room for them. M5 hex bolts might not work very well. Making a thicker bottom to allow for hex bolts shouldn't be a big issue though.
I printed this out of PETG but PLA might work as well. Supports practically required for the small overhanging part. The base of the holder is flat, depending on the geometry of your tubes etc you may want to add a curved spacer between the case and the tube.
Yes, the e-bike only has a bottle mount on the bottom of the top bar.
