Prusa Knob for the Ender 3 S1 / V2 / V2 Neo / Max Neo

A proper remodel to the original Prusa Knob / Scroll wheel for the Creality Ender 3 S1 / V2 / V2 Neo / Max Neo.

Completely drawn from the ground up based on measurements of the original Prusa Knob. The only difference between this and the original is the button height (obviously) and I had to change the area a bit where the actual button meets the knob to work. All angles, chamfers, diameters are a 1-1 copy of the original. Last photo shows the original knob next to this version.

Tested on following printers:

• Ender 3 S1
• Ender 3 V2 Neo (tested by BRAVO_6) 
• Ender 3 V2 (tested by JetDev22)
• Ender Max Neo (tested by DannyPerez_476185)

Potentially also fits the Ender 3 V2 / Ender 3 Max Neo but I have not tested this. Let me know if it fits so I can update the description.
