Welding Jig for Handrails on Railing (Schweißvorrichtung, Schweißhilfe)

Friend of mine builds railings for offices and homes. Mostly in stainless steel. A post, a mounted cylinder with Ø12mm pin. Stainless tube on top and weld it.

Now the purchased jig was worn out and he needed replacement. As the manufacturer of the jigs does not sell replacements for wear parts and wants to sell complete new box for couple hundreds of Euros my friend asked me to help him out. 

So I TinkerCad'ed and MK3'ed with TPU and PETG variants replacement parts. Best fit was PETG. Long time durability is still to be approved, but this is no big deal.
