Ender 5 Plus PSU Mounting Brackets

These brackets relocate the PSU into the center of the control box which creates space on both sides for wiring.  The brackets also lower the PSU into the control box so that the back of the PSU is mounted against the top of the control box.  This creates additional space between PSU and cover, which allows for larger cover mounted fans.  (Stock cover modified works fine - I cut a piece of Acrylic as a replacement cover)

I have two 140mm Noctua fans mounted, and there’s 3-4mm of clearance between the fan shroud and the top of the PSU.  

Note- mount the brackets to the PSU first, then install into case.  (Pass through holes allow for easy Allen wrench access while attaching brackets to the PSU)

You will reuse the stock 8 screws to mount.  

Print Settings - (overkill - but I didn’t want any weakness)

• Material: PLA+ (PLA should be fine as well)
• Layer Height: .2mm
• Walls: 5
• Top/Bottom Layers: 5
• Infill: Gyroid @ 50%
• Supports:  None Required
• Brim: Optional - I did not have any corner warping
• Speed:  Optimal for your printer - I used 120mm/s
