Description
The "PEX board" is an open-source electric longboard project that everyone can build without any particular skills (except for longboard basics).
FYI, I have not designed the wheel pulley, I used this model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1719940 (9mm version)
Budget for mechanical parts and electric components: $220 to $300 (USD)
Budget for a longboard with adapted wheels, trucks and deck: $80 (USD)
Overall budget: $300 to $380 (USD)
Build time: 4 hours to one weekend
Theoric speed of my current setup: 35km/h - Effective speed with my settings: 25km/h
Theoric range of my current setup: 25km / Effective range: I need to compile some data before to have a number.
Part list:
ESC Motor Connectors Box Motor Mount Remote
It takes me a lot of time and a lot of beer to design these parts from scratch. If you can't buy me some time you can at least help with the beers on http://paypal.me/supportp3x.
