Description
I created this because they don't really make this part anymore, and even if they did, the only designs they have for it are really ugly. I wanted a center cap that sat flush across the axel hole. This fits 16" wheels for sure, but may also work for 17, 18, 19". I'd recommend a test print of 1 cap to be sure.

Notes:
I highly recommend printing this in TPU. You can probably get away with using another filament type that has high amounts of flex, but I know from first-hand experience that PLA will shatter on attempted install. Supports are necessary for the tabs on the prongs.
For me, at 25mm/s it took roughly 2 1/2 hours to print one cap.Created in FreeCAD
Spent a lot of time measuring and prototyping this, though you couldn't tell by looking at it. I know this fits the 16" wheel diameter. These fit the same size center hole as the gramlights / rays WR center cap.
Survived last few months across multiple storms and over 500 miles of highway driving.
