Bobble HAPPY BIRTHDAY glasses

HAPPY BIRTHDAY glasses with funny bobbling letters. Fits on Prusa MINI (see the last picture).

There are 3 versions of the frame in the files:

1. “frame_HAPPY_BIRTHDAY” - standard 0.4mm thick springs (recommended for PLA)
2. “frame_HAPPY_BIRTHDAY_0p6mm” - 0.6mm thick springs (recommended for PETG)
3. “frame_HAPPY_BIRTHDAY_0p8mm” - 0.8mm thick springs

I tried all these thicknesses and 0.4mm is the best in my opinion for PLA. The letters wobble nicely when moving your head. 0.6mm suits PETG better.

Printed with PLA, 0.2mm layer, 2 perimeters, 15% infill (nothing special). For the temples I used 3mm brim.

Post processing (also see the video):

1. Remove glasses from bed (be careful with the letter springs).
2. Remove the brims (clean the edges).
3. Remove user supports (inside temple revolute joint).
4. Adjust the hole diameter.
5. Insert filament and cut the length.
6. HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!
