Ender 3/CR 10 Dial Gauge Gantry Mounts for Z and X Calibration

This remix extends the arms of the original Z-axis calibration mount to accomodate an M8 thumbscrew for a more secure fit, and an M5 thumbscrew to connect the dial gauge. Also added is an additional bracket for X-axis calibration that shares the same thumbscrews. The X-axis calibration bracket has been designed to gantry-mount like the z bracket but has cutaways over the belt position so the x-axis belt can still move freely with no hindrance while the mount is attached (see pics).

Installation is super straight forward, just pop the M8 bolt through the bolt thumbscrew and clip on the m8 head cap (slightly deeper than the M8 nut cap), do the same with the M8 nut thumbscrew and clip on the M8 nut cap, the same again with the M5 bolt and cap, then tap the M5 nuts carefully into the hex nut recesses on each bracket using a hammer as they should fit snuggly and stay in place (see pics).

Designed for Creality printers, but should work on others with 2020 profile gantry.

Hardware required:

1x 50mm Hex Head M8 Bolt ★

1x 25mm Hex Head M5 Bolt ★

1x M8 Nut ★

2x M5 nuts

★ A single set of thumbscrews is intended to be swapped between the X and Z bracket mounts as needed. If you want each bracket to have it’s own full set of thumbscrews just grab two of everything with a '★' and print 2 of all the thumbscrew parts.
