AD584 voltage reference enclosure

Simple enclosure to protect the battery pins from short circuit.
The jumpers, switch and contacts are still accessible.
The enclosure provides a stable mount.

Due to the hole in the back, it is still very easy to replace the battery (or simply remove it).

There are 2 models included with different mounting options:

• 4.5 mm hole for M3 brass inserts
• 2 mm hole for self tapping screw

The edges are chamfered to make it a bit more practical to hold and handle.

The board can be slided in the holder, even with the battery inserted.
Fixating the board with mounting screws is optional as with my print the tolerances were already low enough to hold the board in place.

Print instructions

Designed to be printed "standing" without the need for support.
The edges which would normally have an overhanging edge, are reinforced internally with a tilted edge so no support is needed.

When using PrusaSlicer, it is adviced to use variable layer height to improve the readability of the embossed letters while still have a decent printing time.
