Description
I've created a rinser that can be applied on every PET bottle with DIN 6063-1 thread (widley used in europe and may be other countries).
The model can be printed in place, without any need for support or rims. A smooth print bed is needed, to get the rinser leak-free.
I printed with 2 walls and 20% infill. Using adaptive layer height on a 0,20mm layer preset. I used the smooth function 3 times to get a really good thread and a nice finish on the curves. I also tried without smoothing (you can see the caps on the last photo in the background). This also works without any problems.
Fill a PET bottle with water and screw the shower onto it. To pour, tilt the bottle with the outlet side down so that no water flows out yet. By applying light pressure to the bottle, the amount of water can be dosed. If necessary, set it down in between to refill the bottle with air.
