Description

I wanted to meet two requirements with this model:  The holder should be able to hold as many pot lids as possible and make perfect use of the available space in the drawer.

Gentlemen, I can say that of all the 3D prints I have made so far, this one has the best WAF. You know what I want to say. :-)

Simply print an assortment of different pieces that, when put together, approximates the measurement of your drawer. Or which corresponds to the desired number of lids.

Update 2024-12-10: Tolerance of the connectors from TDH_3 / TDH_3_w increased.

Update 2023-01-27: On request, I have created a second version that has space for thicker lids. You can also use the parts of both versions together. So you can create even more variable the composition of the parts. The smaller distance can accommodate lids with thickness at the edge up to about 19mm, the larger distance up to about 33mm.

The following picture shows one of each of the four different parts with their lengths.
The dimensions of the wider version are marked with (w).

In the following picture you can see the composition as I use it:
1 x TDH_1, TDH_3 and TDH_4ab each and 3 x TDH_2.
So I get a holder in which I can accommodate 8 pot lids on a length of only 36cm.

Printing information

Layer height: 0.20mm
Perimeter: 3
Infill: 25%
Support: none

If you have a 0.6mm nozzle, you can increase the layer height to 0.4mm. You will get your result much faster.

I am looking forward to your Makes! :-)
