Simpsons TV - For "VERSION B+" Screen

For those who recieved a screen which states it is "Version B+".

You can use this display and it will work ok, but you will need to make a note of the following changes:

• The GPIO18-PWM jumper that you will need to solder is in a different position, please refer to the images above.
• You must install the Raspberry Pi Zero W onto the middle row of GPIO pins, NOT the top row, (Please refer to the images above).
• Since the Raspberry Pi now must be installed higher than normal, you will need to use this updated STL model of the screen which provides a little more room for the power connection, NOTE: you will likely need to buy a right angle micro USB connector so it will fit wihtin the tight constraints. (Refer to the images for the right angle connector that is needed). The right angle connector you will need is also linked below.

PRINTING:

All parts are already oriented corrently for printing.

Only the front piece will need a little support just for the legs since they are set back a little.

The Bezel and Front Speaker should push fit in place, and will hopefully snap into position with a firm push.

FUTURE UPDATES:

Im looking into creating a version with a hole in the top which will allow for the power cable to be hidden inside the VCR meaning you will hopefully not need the right-angle adapter.
