Description
If you would like to have Homelink in your Tesla, you can buy new set of module + bracket.
There is also cheaper option. You can buy second hand device. There not always came with bracket. So I have made one.
Original bracket, has clip and screw. Mine has pin to place it and I have needed a pad under the screw. Front metal thing, when bracket came is not flat.
There is a need to take out the front bumper, but this is really easy and takes maybe 15 minutes.
In newer software, there is option to Homelink retrofit in Service Menu → Low Voltage.
