You need to print 3 files for the complete assembly. Variations below. |
Different variants:- (Titan) = Files for the stock Titan extruder on the KP3S.
- (BMG) = Files for the BMG extruder.
- Added files - (BMG) KP3S Bambu Lab Hotend ***.stl for those who want to use Bambu Lab hotend with V6 length adapter - https://www.printables.com/model/457053-bambu-labs-hotend-adapter-to-v6-size
- OPTIMIZED flow - (BMG) KP3S Nozzle 5015 Duct (NEW for V6 and Bambu HE) for better cooling (2024-03-27).

To assemble it you will need:- 3x M3 4.5x4.5mm brass heat inserts
- 1x M3x10mm screws + M3 washers
- 2x M3x20mm screws + M3 washers
- 2x M4x10mm screws + M4 washers (might need to add a few)
- 4x 3mm thick wood screws to mount fan (length depends on the fan design)
