Description
My take on the desk or shelf mounted headphone holder. The mechanical principle is inspired by mistertech awesome Desk Mount Headphone Holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2076034), but I redesigned it from the ground up. Works great on my Ikea IDÅSEN desk.
There is a “light duty” version which is already more than capable of holding the heaviest sets of headphones. However, I created a “high duty” version more as an exercise. It has significantly higher stiffness and can be printed without supports because there are only 45° overhangs.
The M20x35 bolt should be good enough for most desks (allows to clamp 17-37mm thick material). If you have a very thin use case (e.g. shelf), there's a 10mm longer bolt (M20x45) available that should do the trick.
All parts print fine at 0.2mm layer height without supports on my Ender 3 V2. I didn't use any brims and it worked well for me.
