I improved my previous filament cleaner by adding hinge and better magnet placement.
Printing:
- No supports are needed
- 0.2mm layer hight recommended
- On layer 48 (height 9.6mm) add pause print command so that you can place magnets in - you can see it on the picture below.
Post production:
- After you're done printing, place both parts together so that the hinge hole fits.
- Cut 30mm long 1.75mm filament and insert it through the holes.
- For the filament to stay in place you can burn it little bit with lighter.
