I use this Prusa MINI spool holder with automatic return successfully with 500g filament spools without problems with the filament sensor including holder.

i modified this so that it fits better with the spool holder.
The assembly is quite simple, but you have to replace the MINI-z-top with the original, because the spool holder is screwed to the MINI-z-top with a long M8x110mm cylinder head screw and the whole thing is also quite stable.
The assembly itself should be clear and not cause any further difficulties. All STLs are aligned and don't need any assistance, if you have Fusion 360 you can open the .f3d file and see the assembly.
If you have an M8x175mm threaded rod, there is an M8 self-locking nut with washer on the end of the threaded rod, on the other side between the spring and the 608zz ball bearing is the second washer. What you need to keep in mind when assembling is a small gap between the Holder_above and the spring, otherwise it can get jammed.
To avoid tilting the Z-axis with 1 kg spools of filament, I took the XZ footrest from Bdaboy and modified it a little. This is shorter in height, better fits the 3030 profile, and doesn't require any assistance with printing.

The arm and base should be printed in TPU as the resonance when printing affects them and creates an annoying noise. In TPU I no longer have the problem.
