Description

(New version at https://www.printables.com/model/622182-fursuit-head)

These are the drawings for the mask I was wearing at NordicFuzzCon 2023.

This is my first attempt at making a fursuit head. It took about 20 days from idea to completion.

But now the models are here so you can skip the design part.

Thanks to Luccus who created the starting base which I have modified and built on.

Bill Of Materials

  1. Filament in four colors (recommend PETG)
  2. Flexible fabric for mouth movement. (Can be replaced with a spring or rubber band)
  3. Hot glue
  4. Foam
  5. 2x 5mm screws and nuts (Can be replaced with 3d printed stick and stop)
  6. Fuzzy fabric in the colors you want.

Assembly

Print all the parts and glue them together. Also add foam so that the mask gets a good fit. Don't forget to remove the support material on “fore head”.

Mark the base in tape and draw a pattern the way you want it to look.

Cut out patterns as you have drawn

Cut out pieces of fabric following the cut out pieces of tape

Glue the pieces on the base. For best results, the pieces should also be sewn together.

Cut the fur to a more suitable length
