Description
I made it with my pipes and a 3D printer.
The black ear pads are molded with TPU.
This was fitted into an aluminum pipe with an outer diameter of 4 mm.
The earpiece part was designed with a diameter of 12mm and a total length of 12mm to match the dimensions of the ear canal. If the ear holes are not completely covered, the sensitivity will be low, so I chose an appropriate size.
I made the pipe with a length of 290mm. But when it was completed and used, it seemed easier to use a pipe of about 500mm.
When I actually used it, I could hear very small sounds surprisingly well.
