3DOM where contacted to assist a community member with a remix of design 425667.
The aim was to create a mask that could hold cool liquids or gels to held reduce the hot zone inside the mask.
We are proud to have been able to meet the users requirements and prove that it met the criteria.
It was noted that it was hard to communicate with this mask. The extra thickness and liquid volume would add additional sound deadening when speaking.
He also noted that it formed an exceptional seal to the face, which made it imperative to have the correct balance of filter material to allow air out. WE have considered an exhale valve but have not modeled that.
Filter connector parts are direct copies from part 425667. They have published some compatible alternatives that you might like to check out as well.

Notes:
Supports should be set to from build plate only to prevent creating internal supports.
I may also suggest supporting the strap attachments, but this is unnecessary. I recommend using a support control to ensure on the threaded nozzle is supported.
I have created a Design process walk through, from mesh source to printing. See here - https://youtu.be/CA47eEPQuto
