PRINTING:
Print the parts in upright position with the hinge pin and shock mounting holes pointing up. This way pin areas will be strong and arms do not twist even with PETG material.
Material: PETG or something stronger. No PLA.

POST PROCESSING:
Remove support material.
REAR ARMS:
Use sharp 3.2mm drill bit for the inner and outer hinge pin holes. Hinge pin needs to move freely in these holes. For shock mounting holes use a 2.3-2.5mm drill bit depending on whether you are going to use 4-40 or M3 screws. Hole is 11mm deep.
REAR ARM MOUNTS:
After removing supports, use 3.2mm drill bit for the rear arm mount hinge pin holes. Let the printed part hole guide the drill. 1/8" HINGE PIN NEEDS TO BE SNUG. Small arrows in the parts need to be pointing forward - running direction. Small dots both sides of arrow means 3 degrees of toe-in and both 1 and 2 degrees of anti-squat. Don't mix 3-1 and 3-2 parts with each other.
Use M3x14 screws and M3 nyloc nuts to attach arm mounts to chassis.
FRONT ARMS:
DO NOT DRILL 3.2mm INNER HINGE PIN HOLE ALL THE WAY THROUGH (see picture). To avoid using C-clips on the hinge pin, arm has a cap in the lower end. You can drill a 1-1.5mm hole through the cap for easier pin removal. Outer hinge pin hole can be drilled normally. Again drill shock mounting holes with 2.3-2.5mm drill depending on screw you are going to use. Full depth is 21mm. For easier shock mounting, drill the outer part of the hole with a 2.8-3.0mm bit. Lastly drill a 1.5mm hole near the inner hinge pin hole and secure the pin with a short M2 screw. This way you don't need to use C-clips in the front inner hinge pins as they always keeps popping off anyway and causing trouble.
