Update 1/9/24:
Fresh off the printer: a revamped Skadis mount, powered by your valuable feedback! This upgrade streamlines printing, hugs the skadis board tighter, and even throws in an extra hole for good measure, just in case.
I love that PRUSA shipped a quality tool kit with my MK3s but I hate having to dig in the cardboard box each time I need a tool. So for this week's project I've created a simple SKÅDIS mount for the PRUSA toolkit. It holds the screwdriver, pliers, side cutters, hex keys, and tweezers. I find myself always hunting for a place to hang tweezers and thought that I'm probably not the only one. So I added sections on either end to hang tweezers from but would probably also fit additional items like a screwdriver.
Bill of materials:
About 30 grams of filament. Costs roughly .75 cents to print. Making this a great print for finishing up that little bit on a roll of filament.
Printing:
No supports needed. Just make sure the place the edge with the top of the hooks facing down on the bed. I've also added a reference screenshot to the gallery.
Layer height: .20 mm
Infill: 10%
Assembly:
Place on to Skadis.
Notes:
Enjoy!
If you have any additional tools that you would like to see added please let me know. As always if you like this model and print it please share your make. I would love to see them.
