8040 Sim Rig Monitor Stand Laptop Holder

I've made a laptop hanger for the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro sim rig, which is 31.5mm in internal size.

It is compatible with any kind of aluminium sigma profile such as 4040, 8040, 8080, 12040, 16040, 16080, etc.

It is a straightforward design that securely holds the laptop while leaving the fan exhaust unobstructed. For the purpose of taking pictures, I positioned the top of the laptop facing forward, but I strongly suggest reversing it for improved airflow.

I am also thinking of creating a fan attachment or an adapter/holder for use with a laptop cooling pad, probably during the summer when overheating is not an issue. :D

The hanger has several holes for adjustability, and the holes are compatible with M4 and M5 screws. I opted for M4 and used a washer to reduce direct pressure on the printed part. If you choose to print the hanger, please note that you should mirror the part on your slicer instead of printing two of the same.
