Futaba Monitor Mount

Overview

NOTE This is V1, See V2 for the redesign !

I was really disappointed with the Futaba T8J Monitor mounts I have found so far, so I decided to design my own. I have designed this primarily for use with the Flysight Black Pearl monitor but I will be modifying this design in the future to make it more flexible. You can use the version without the back support if your device doesn’t line up, I will probably tweak the design a little to soften some of the hard edges and also change the fixing hole to a slot to allow for some adjustment.

Notes

• It has been designed to be printed in two parts that glue together with CA or Superglue.

• Once printed and glued the mount can be attached to the controller with 2 tie wraps.

• There are two versions included - One has the right angled supporting backplate.

Attach Back Plate

Simply glue using CA glue the backplate to the base using the locating lugs and holes. This should make a really strong bond that keeps the back plate rigidly held on.
