There is a move away from this style of Rotorhazard hardware build in the RotorHazard community and I now consider this case to be depreciated.
Also, this case is, in my opinion, the de-facto standard, most polished, most featured, best performing case for a RotorHazard timer. It has featured heavily in the community. It has been downloaded hundreds of times. Printed and used successfully tens of times. It represents six months of my spare time. Yet, thus far, it has been tipped £0.00 No one has taken the time to so much as buy me a cup of coffee for this work, nor for my ongoing support of it.
There will be no further updates to this design and I am also from today no longer responding to support requests. The info is here or in the RotorHazard community and I am no longer prepared to continue to spend my time offering free one to one support.

The 'FlatCase' design is intended to prevent stacked PCB's used in previous designs from obscuring each other. Centralizing the RX5808 modules in the case for ease of foil lining the enclosure with a single letterbox in the RF shield.
Available in a 4 node and 8 node variant. For Pi3 or Pi4. A 'basic' and an 'advanced' version of each is provided.
There is also an 'Experimental' 4 node variant that houses a Raspberry Pi Zero W. Please consider this option an alpha test. Only use if you know why you are using it ;)
The advanced version provides panel cutouts for:
Main power switch (rocker)
Voltage display
DC power jack
Shutdown switch (Illuminated, momentary, push to make)
Bi colour 3mm LED charge status indicator
Cooling fan
The basic version has only the fan cutouts. Use the basic case if you want to break out the Dremel and make your own custom panel cutouts.
The 8 node variant has enough space in it to support a suitable lipo pack or six 18650 cells.
The Delta5 V2.0 PCB is secured into place by hold down tabs at one end and a PCB clip at the other. Clip secured by one M3 cap head fastener. Use files named "D5PCB"
The RotorHazard PCB is secured by four M3 fasteners per PCB. A little space has been added around the PCB to allow cleaner cable routing. Use files named "RHPCB".
NOTE - RHPCB CASE IS SLIGHTLY LARGER. THIS MEANS THE LID FROM A D5 STYLE CASE WILL NOT FIT. USE THE RH PCB CASE LID AS APPROPRIATE
The traditional XT60 power socket has been deleted in favor of a DC jack that is compatible with common POE injectors. An XT60 to DC jack adapter can still be used to power the timer.
Mounts for an INA219 High Side DC Current Sensor are included in both 4 node and 8 node version. 4 node version mounts the INA219 to the lid due to space constraints.
In addition the HDMI, Audio, USB sockets of the Pi are accessible behind a pop out/in cover. Print this in a flexible filament! E.G. TPU

An internal 18650 power pack will only fit inside an 8 node timer. It is built as a 2S3P pack using an appropriate BMP such as https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154715211043 A status LED can be attached to this BMS and mounted in the panel cutout provided.
