No need for support.
Speaker holes acquire good bridging.
model named “Plug”, is for the usb install hole. See picture(plug is red)

Cable max diameter= 3,5mm.

If you have a hard time to get the cable to snap in?
Use sandpaper, scalpel or a small file to shave off some of the tabs in the cable line.
Speaker holes may need some love as well.
Weapon of choice: scalpel.
