Description
Hi, this is my take on creating a small bracelet that could be easily 3D printed and assembled. Each "Master" adds about 12 mm to the bracelet, I use 15 of them +the lock on my wrist, so maybe print around 16 the first time and see if you need more.
i hope you like this model and feel free to contact me for any question or doubt you might have
Thanks!
IMPORTANT: READ NOTES BELOW!
Printer:
Anet A8
Rafts:
Doesn't Matter
Supports:
No
Resolution:
I recommend 0.15 mm but I'm pretty sure it could work with 0.2 mm as well
Infill:
No need for a high infill, I went for 15%. Make sure to increase the wall thickness to at least 2 per side and 2 for top and bottom, though.
Notes:
DO NOT SCALE: this could interfere with the 0.4 mm clearance I chose. Feel free to ask for bigger / smaller (even though I don't think you'll want anything smaller than this) versions of this model.
Print the model at a relatively comfortable speed and high retraction to avoid messing up. I used the highest retraction Cura offers; 30 mm/s print & 50 mm/s travel speed
The lock system can be difficult to use the first times (you need to rotate the pieces as shown in the last picture).
TO CONNECT THE PIECES: insert some !! 1.75 mm !! PLA / any other material in the holes of the pieces as shown in pic #5
I hope you like this model!
