I recommend slicing the small parts with a very low layer height, such as .1mm - .15mm. You can print the body and base as two solid parts to give the model better rigidity, or print them as four separate parts if you don't have sufficient build plate volume or want to use different colors. The body and base need support material. I don't recommend scaling this model due to the precise tolerances. I like a concentric top infill on the body and base.
