Description
I have looked for a “usable” profile gauge but couldn't find one that fitted my requirements. So I created my own one.
There are some different profiles
I have added a metric ruler. If there is really a need for an inch ruler, give me a pm (with reason!). With the button you can fix the settings after measuring.
Depending on the tolerances of your printer for the gauge you need :
In the 3mf files you will find the standard parts. I have added some optional parts based on the tolerances of several printers.
In the “explosion image” you see how it is mounted!
Comment: On the fotos you see my prototype. I have optimized the fonts so that they are printed in a better way :-)

Habe nach “brauchbaren” Konturenlehren gesucht … aber so richtig gefunden habe ich keine. Also mal eben kurz eine erstellt. Vor allem hat die Lehre auch einen Hebel, um die Einstellungen nach dem Messe zu fixieren.
Es gibt verschiedene Profile
Basierend auf den Toleranzen der Drucker benötigt man für die Lehre:
Ich habe die Standardteile in den 3mf Dateien zusammengepackt. Es gibt eine Standard 3mf Datei und eine Variante für MMU (2 farbig). Zusätzlich habe ich aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Toleranzen verschiedene optional Teile beigepackt aber normalerweise sollte man mit den Standardteile auskommen.
Die Profile kann jeder wählen nach Belieben wählen, auf den Fotos ist es Profil C.
In der Explosionsskizze sieht man den Zusammenbau der Teile!
Ich habe mal ein Lineal (cm) hinzugefügt, ohne zu wissen, ob es wirklich notwendig ist. Wenn jemand wirklich “dringend” ein Lineal mit Zoll benötigt, bitte kurze PM (mit Begründung!).
Anmerkung: Auf den Fotos ist mein Prototyp abgebildet. Ich habe die Schrift optimiert, damit sie besser gedruckt wird.
