Toilet paper roll with trailing piece

I'm trying to recreate this painting we bought years ago that brings me joy every day. When I got to this point in the design, I realised other people might… want to 3D print a regular ol' roll of toilet paper.

So, uh. Here. Have a roll of toilet paper.

UPDATE: I added a picture of the finished character from the painting. I have named them Roland and they are my everything.
