Looks like you were mounting some hard drives and realized they didn't give you enough of those silly rubber things to mount the drives in the tray! You have screws but… if you put the drive in the board might short out to the tray…
3D printing to the rescue!
The “Loose Fit” version is meant to be FDM printed (PETG Recommended). Since the holes in the tray are made for the rubber to bend, this has been modified to press into place. Tighten the mounting screws until it slightly compresses securely into place.
The standard version is a direct clone of an existing isolation mount, made to be printed in TPU or similar.
Print sideways with a skirt, the clean up will be worth the hassle.
