DJI Air Unit Enclosure - Actively Cooled

This DJI FPV System camera unit and air unit enclosure is actively cooled and specifically aimed at ground FPV enthusiast where there isn't going to be enough airflow to properly cool the Air Unit. The unit is cooled by two 40mm fans (5v in my case). The enclosure has doors that allow the air unit to be accessed once installed.

You'll need:
2 x 40mm fans (10mm thick)
4 x M3 12mm (to hold the fans)
4 x M3 nuts (to hold the fan bolds)
4 x M2 18/20mm (for the hinges)
4 x M2 10mm (roof & front-door)
2 x M2 5/8mm (hold the doors in)
4 x 2.5mm zip tie (length varies to secure camera unit)

Everything can be printed without supports. The orientation should be correct when you open the files. The Air Unit is a tight fit, you may need to sand down the bottom support for optimal fit.

The current camera setup is meant to sit in the grooves of a TRX-4 Sport roof-rack and be secured down with zip ties. You'll need to decide how you want to secure the enclosure (still working on that myself).

Add roof option with battery strap guides. If you use a battery strap to hold your enclosure this will make it so the strap doesn't slip off and doesn't restrict airflow through the roof. I've installed this on my test platform, we'll see how it does.
