Description
I'm quite tall and never quite liked how much force the average broom stick requires for me. So either I had to buy a longer stick, or go into engineer-mode. So I built a handle for it. It slides over the top. The handle even allows for two-handed operation.
The broom stick width is standard 24mm diameter. I measured my own broom and it was 24.07mm so I designed the handle as 24.1mm for a slightly easier fit. Use the sample to test yours; you can always scale the whole thing in the slicer by a few percent to get the perfect fit.
Settings:
0.2mm layers
30% infill (to withstand all forces)
3 perimeters (for extra strength)
