Description
I got inspired by the silent front roll (TPU) from nks.
This is a remix to fit a Roomba S9+.
Print the axis in PLA and the wheel in TPU. Then just replace the original wheel. No additional hardware is needed.
Other Roomba models use a two colored (black & white) wheel to track movement. This wheel will NOT work on these models!
The wheel prints the easiest when you use a 0.4mm nozzle, the “perimeter generator” set to classic & “fill gaps” option disabled. (See provided 3MF)
