Wyze Cam V3 Mount - Enclosure Secure Lock Remix

This is a simple remix of Jerrari's Wyze Cam V3 Enclosure Mount that adds a solid lip to hold the camera base.  The original has plenty of hold with just the magnetic force from the camera base and washer.  However, I have bumped the camera loose a few times while reaching around the LACK enclosure.  Besides a more secure hold, the lip allows the bracket to be mounted horizontally with the camera facing downwards for other enclosure types or configurations.
