Description
I designed this quick tolerance test to have a fast print to use once printer calibration is done. Used in combination with my 30mm test cube( https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/39965-30mm-test-cube) you can get a very good baseline on your printer.
The test consists of 3 10mm cylinders printed in holes on the plate that are 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 mm for tolerances of .1, .2 and point 3.
The print only takes ~26 minutes and is a good indication of how well your printer will print multi part models with tighter tolerances.
I have included Gcode and 3MF files for the MK3s and Mini using Prusament PLA at .2 layer height.
If you are using a different filament brand or type be sure to make the necessary adjustments.
There is also a standard .stl.
The test is designed to be printed all at once. also the bottom of the holes and the cylinders have been chamfered to help eliminate problems with "elephant foot"
