Description
UPDATE: I added a longer wing - print in three parts. USE 0.4 NOZZLE for this wing with LW PLA and dont forget to adapt the slicer properties ("Slice Lückenschlussradius") so that you see the “infill” in the slicer.
I also added a prolongation for the fuselage. You can get the main wing further away frum the stabilizers at the back and therfore achieve easier flight characteristics.
I cannot say often enough: Slicer settings are important for this model and for LW-PLA in general… Please ask, if you cannot work it out.

I tried to make a flying plane with the requirements to have as many parts printed as possible and as cheap as possible.
I also wanted it to be small to get it easy to where I want it and to not frighten anyone ;)
“Easy” stands for printing and assambly. Flying is not so easy, due to small size, but very well possible. Limit your controller to only allow slow turns - hard turns will only work for very experienced flyers.
I managed to get everything printed except the motors… (and RC stuff, of course).

As motor controller I used two of these (sourced somewhere else):
…and of course your rc sender and receiver as well as a light and powerful 1S battery.. I had best experience with SLS batteries, but other may also work. The C rating is important, as you will want max power although your battery must be very small to reduce weight. Unfortunatel, C ratings on batteries very often does not reflect reality…
Configure your RC in such a way, that you can steer by pushing the motor harder at one side.
Up down you can control by throttle.
It is not easy to fly, but I still hope, you will have fun and can handle it ;)
As well you will need superglue to get the tail glued to the body as well as the main wing glued together.
…And, if you can afford one Rubber band to fix the wing :)
Now it's about how to print…
Printsettings are very important!
You will want to use Lightweight PLA… And a 0.6 nozzle. Than, you can manage to get the wing profile stable enough with one perimeter. I deseignd the model in a way, that the wings are printed without empty ways of the nozzle. You need to avoid that when printing LW, becuase that stuff oozes as hell.
Print with no Support and no infill.
I attached a gcode and 3mf for you to understand the most important settings. As well you have to increase model accuracy to have the stabilization in the middle of the wing printed.
If you print all at once, use the option to print models one after euch other.
Before flying, you should check the COG - make some tries without motor: the plane should glide nicely - it should not fall down nd also not gain height , lose speed and crash…
You may also want to experiment with shims, to cahnge the angle of the main wing.
