Updated GoPro adapter to DJI Action 4 magnetic mount

GoPro adapter to DJI action 3/4 magnetic mount system. This is an update version, compatible with the latest DJI Action 4 mounts (previous version was Action 2 compatible)

This adapter requires 2 magnets 18x8x4 mm size. These were the strongest magnets I found, matching roughly in size the magnets from the DJI system,  but still available in many magnet shops at around 1 euro for a piece.

The magnets have to be inserted into the 2 slots (should be a press fit), but the polarity must be matching the other (mount base) part of the system. You'll need this bottom part to be able to figure out the proper placement of the magnets. I found the bottom part of the magnetic adapter on aliexpress for a reasonable price (5-7 euro a piece). I tried printing some, but the springy clamps are a must for a good grip and it's to complex for diy.

Additionally a 5M nut is required. This also be a press fit. It's a little too tight fit, but if you heat up the nut (with a lighter) you can pull it in and it will never fall out.

For best results place the part to the print bed (as is) such that the magnet slots are facing upwards.

Support are required for the mounting ears, but for best results the supports shall be removed for the screw whole.

The Gopro mounting ears has to be strong, so it is recommended to increase the number of outer walls in the printer settings to 6, as this will lead to a 100% infill for the mounting ears.

I printed it out of PC and ASA (very strong), but other materials should work as well.

The tolerance has to be minimized in order to have a snug coupling to the adapter base. If not, the 2 pieces will disengage when shaken.

The dimensions/tolerances are tuned for my printer.

Depending on your printer and used material you may get slightly different (sub-optimal) fit.
