Chatterbox:

Okay, this will be a long-term project. Since Sovol post they step file, why not just make every single injection molding part printable. 

So the goal is, all the blue parts shall be printable within desirable tolerance, and the designed shrinkage will be based on ABS. 

Even with step file, it is still not so simple as import step file and export to stl. Many elements need to be figure out, tolerance, strength of the material, support, and others.

I have tested multiple times before upload it, so if there is printing or tolerance issue, I would tend to believe it is your machine problem. But, if you have problem, leave it on the comment. I am usually reply quickly.

Recommended to print with ABS/ASA, PC, CF. Except mentioned on individual part, print with medium to low speed.

Screen knob v1 & Extruder knob v1: updated 2/26/23

Simple print. Place flat side on the build plate. 

Z Axis guide v2.1: updated 2/20/23

The original Z axis guide have weird angle 3 degree on the side, 6 degree on the back. Don’t know why, but I just leave it. The part is increased thickness to improve the rigidity. No bearing, no bearing, nnooooonoononono bearing needed. Maybe I will have one with bearing out later. We will see. 

Should be very easy print. 

OG 4010 fan duct v1.2: updated 1/16/23

The OG fan duct will melt over time, also mine broken after taking it off and put it on many times during the fan duct design. I think people may need this for a replacement. 

I added a feature to redirect more flow to the extend part, which should give better cooling on the side. 

Print orientation according to the pic attached, no support needed.

A lot of overhangs suggest printing with 30mm/s or 40mm/s. Other wise you will have cooling issue.
