Crossbreed Holster Tensioner with Claw

• More clothing friendly, radiused contact edge. The old one wasn't a big deal with jeans but could be a little hard on a tucked shirt.
• No rise. (0 degree rise. (Actually 0.01 degree but that's a limitation of the way I initially modeled it.)) The older version 1 has a 5 degree rise.

Update 2024-12-07: Added an additional V2 claw with 12mm (about ½") offset on the claw. The original one is 8mm (3/8").

The one in the cover photo had been in daily use for more than 4 months at the time of the photo.

Reverse engineered a Crossbreed holster tensioner and added an integrated holster claw. The claw helps tuck the grip of a pistol in closer to the body, especially when carrying AIWB, greatly reducing printing.

Like all of my files with mating parts, should be sliced with Cura's Slicing Tolerance set to  “Exclusive” (or equivalent in your slicer of choice)  for best fit.

Recommend PETG or similar. Print with supports. Use only supports that touch the bed or block supports in the threaded hole. It takes the same size set screw as the CB tensioner 1/4x28 x 7/16 or 1/2 long.

The one I'm using currently is 4 walls with 40% cubic infill. I'm getting the best prints with the claw up at a 30-45 degree angle and tree supports. (See photo.) Works even better with the newer style tree supports.
