Kite Kit

Enjoy this DIY kite kit for all your windy day needs! This kite kit was designed with everyday 3D printer enthusiasts in mind that are looking for exciting ways to push the envelope with their 3D prints! All you need to do is put the frame together and use a plastic bag!

Update: When testing the flight of the kit it functions the way it should! I noticed that the original 6mm rods (diameter) had a minute amount of play in and required some hot glue to maintain rigidity. I have made some additional 6.2mm rods to insert into the connectors that have a 6.4mm internal diameter that should reduce the play. 

The 200mm rod is an extra rod if you would like to use it! :)

I apologize for the mess in the images and quality of my bag's cuts (it was rushed before work lol).

I am going to make some additional connectors for the end of the kit to add tassels and a new center connector with an attachment point for the string!

I will also be making a box-frame kite kit as well! I will have that designed soon!
