Rotating connector - body to cable chain for Artillery Genius

Consists of two parts. One is a bracket that goes around the body of Artillery Genius. Another part is an interface between Ender 3 cable chain by johnniewhiskey and the first part.

I am so glad that many of you found this part useful. It was a quick design and I expected to improve on it in some way but it has been working just fine for the past year.
